The NGO CSW/NY December Monthly Meeting 2024 program which was hosted by a member organization focuses on the critical areas of media and human rights for women. The intersection of AI, online violence against women, and ethics with our focus areas was a perfect foundation for today’s program.
The panel, hosted by NGO CSW/NY member organization The Red Dot Foundation, and led by Olga Jurasz, professor of law and Director of the Centre for Protecting Women Online, explores contemporary challenges posed to women, women’s rights and their safety, especially those posed by the emergence of new technologies and AI. The panelists explore this theme from a cross-disciplinary and cross-sectoral angle, bringing critical and thought-provoking perspectives.
